We want our customers to not only be happy with our beds, but to really love our beds. That is why we offer our comfort adjustment that can be made in the first year of ownership of a Harbor Springs Mattress Co. bed. 

Can I return or exchange bedding? 

Mattress protectors and sheets that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping, within 30 days of your receipt of the item.

If you need to return or exchange your item, please let us know so we can be on the lookout for it. You may bring the item to one of our storefronts or mail it back to us. For your protection, to ensure you receive your credit, we recommend shipping it back to us with tracking. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund within 3-5  business days. We'd also love to get your feedback on why the item ultimately wasn't a good fit for you.

Can I return a mattress or box spring?

Unfortunately, some things in life are simply non-returnable. All mattresses, foundations and custom upholstered bed frames are not returnable.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our made to order mattresses. We know how comfortable Harbor Springs Mattress Co. beds are, so we offer them with absolute confidence. However, comfort is extremely subjective, so we encourage you to spend as much time in our showroom as needed.  We are happy to have you visit us frequently to make sure you’ve found the perfect mattress for you.  Once you have narrowed down your choice, you will have a whole year from your date of purchase to make a comfort adjustment if you still feel it is not quite soft or firm enough. 

IMPORTANT: We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for our made to order mattresses.  Our comfort adjustment allows you to change the comfort level of your mattress in the first year of your ownership. Comfort adjustments can not be made for customers outside the state of Michigan due to the local nature of our company.
